Our process of working entails obtaining a detailed briefing at inception of the project. This we believe is the key to the realization of any successful product. The next stage entails production of sketch designs which when approved and signed off by the client leads to the next stage which is the production of construction documentation. This stage is key to ensuring a smooth hitch-free period on site. It is also key to ensuring that budget and programme of the product are maintained. During this stage our principal Directors are involved with quality control of the design packages. The next stage is supervision of the works on site. Depending on the quality of contractor and time given to execute the construction, the required level of supervision will be determined. ACCL billing is based on either a percentage of the construction cost or a time charge. These fees are exclusive of expenses such as printing, traveling, hotels, etc.
